Welcome to Warrior Chef Academy, Adventures in Health!
At the Warrior Chef Academy, your children will flex their health muscles while young, so they can grow to be happy, healthy teens and adults.
Join the us in the exploration of Art, Yoga and Cooking. With each class, they will dive into a culinary creation, an artistic endeavor and yogic movement. Health and wellness are woven throughout each themed class allowing health to be creative, fun and exciting.
Our focus is to make being healthy fun and second nature. This is done by letting kids explore foods while cooking a balanced and wholesome diet. Yoga is incorporated in each class so that kids can practice at home and share it with their friends and family.
Each series is three weeks. Monday or Tuesday classes available from 4:30-6:00. Our next series starts April 15th and 16th . Click here to sign up.
